Join our team: we are hiring a waiter in Tudun Wada, Kano State. You will be based in a café. Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
