Now hiring: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Scotland County, Missouri. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger. What we are looking for: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
