Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Madison County, Georgia. The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker 6+ years on the tools preferred.
