Vacancy available: we are hiring a building site helper in Bureau County, Illinois. Day to day you will carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage. Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
