Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse.
