Now hiring: we are hiring a RCC mason in Gudu, Sokoto State. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Part-time with flexible hours.
