Backhoe loader operator — Colbert County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Colbert County, Alabama. You will work at a plant hire yard. On a typical shift you will grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
