We are recruiting: we are hiring a metal caster in Lafayette County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding The role involves operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
