Overhead (EOT) crane operator • Cheshire East, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Cheshire East, England. You will work at a precast concrete yard. On a typical shift you will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Current medical and eyesight certificate Full-time, day shift.
