Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Calhoun County, Arkansas. You will work on a window-and-door production line. Day to day you will drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. Requirements: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors 4+ years on the tools preferred.
