Formwork carpenter • Chelan County, Washington

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Chelan County, Washington. You will work at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. The role involves install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish. You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Own basic hand tools • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
