Refrigeration field service technician — Caldwell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Caldwell County, Texas. The role involves read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders 2+ years on the tools preferred.
