Kitchen steward — Juab County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Juab County, Utah. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
