Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Green County, Kentucky. You will work at an automotive components factory. The role involves set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Meals and transport allowance provided.
