Scullery hand — Polk County

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Polk County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
