We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc turner in Jackson County, Oklahoma. You will work in a tool room. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code The role involves: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
