Power float operator — Dawes County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a power float operator in Dawes County, Nebraska. The job is in a residential housing project. Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Day to day you will lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
