Packaging worker — Shetland Islands

Now hiring: we are hiring a packaging worker in Shetland Islands, Scotland. You will be based in a cold-storage packing unit. You should have: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights The role involves: • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Record production counts on the shift sheet Part-time with flexible hours.
