We are recruiting: we are hiring a line assembler in Chester County, Tennessee. You will be based at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. On a typical shift you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard. What we are looking for: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
