Vacancy available: assembly operator (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly operator in Christian County, Illinois. You will be based in a packaging and assembly workshop. On the job you will handle: • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons What we are looking for: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
