We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Osage County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a halal meat counter. On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
