Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Taylor County, Texas. The job is on a pipeline and trenching crew. On the job you will handle: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds Requirements: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Part-time with flexible hours.
