Excavator operator — Austin County

Join our team: we are hiring an excavator operator in Austin County, Texas. Day to day you will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; check for underground cables and services before digging; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
