Join our team: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Custer County, South Dakota. The role involves: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Six days a week, one day off.
