We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Buckinghamshire, England. The job is in a café. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness On a typical shift you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
