Cook — Butler County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Butler County, Pennsylvania. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
