Milling machine operator — Tarauni

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Tarauni, Kano State. Day to day you will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing. You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
