Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Anson County, North Carolina. The job is at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
