HVAC-R technician — Grant County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Grant County, South Dakota. The job is in an HVAC service company. Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Your main tasks: • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture 4+ years on the tools preferred.
