You should have: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Understanding of hand and radio signals The role involves work out the load weight and the lifting radius; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; read and interpret the load chart before every lift.
