Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Lincoln County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
