We are recruiting: overlocker operator (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Ector County, Texas. You will work in a textile and apparel unit. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Your main tasks: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
