Immediate opening: rigging foreman (West Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Monroe County, West Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams On the job you will handle: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks Rotating shifts.
