Great opportunity: overlocker operator (Kano State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Makoda, Kano State. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Day-to-day duties: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation We offer ₦7,000 per day plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
