Panel painter — Wabasha County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel painter in Wabasha County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy body shop. You will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
