CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Webster County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Webster County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Part-time with flexible hours.
