Brickwork mason wanted in Benson County

Join our team: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Benson County, North Dakota. Day to day you will spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses. What we are looking for: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
