Powder coating sprayer — Appomattox County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Appomattox County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 4+ years on the tools preferred.
