Retail butcher wanted in Wamako

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Wamako, Sokoto State. The job is at a halal meat counter. The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time, day shift.
