Dispatch assistant — Gateshead

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dispatch assistant in Gateshead, England. Your main tasks: • Pack items into cartons and seal them with tape • Scan barcodes to update stock levels on the WMS • Wrap pallets with stretch film and apply shipping labels • Check incoming deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders • Keep aisles, racking and the yard clean and free of obstructions • Load and unload lorries and containers by hand or with a pallet truck Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail to avoid mis-picks • Able to stand and walk for long shifts on your feet Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer £2,050 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
