Immediate opening: elevator service technician (Pennsylvania)

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
