Waitress — Nelson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in Nelson County, North Dakota. You will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
