Immediate opening: turning centre operator (Louisiana)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. Day-to-day duties: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
