Join our team: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Phillips County, Kansas. You will be based at an open-cast mine. The role involves: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems 6+ years on the tools preferred.
