Now hiring: we are hiring an electrician in Nuckolls County, Nebraska. You will work in a power distribution substation. You will measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter; install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB; size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars; read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; dress and terminate wiring inside control panels. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
