Commis chef wanted in McCormick County

Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in McCormick County, South Carolina. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Full-time with occasional weekends.
