Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Graham County, North Carolina. You will be based at a property maintenance company. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator Day to day you will clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture.
