Electrostatic spray painter — Howard County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Howard County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
