Immediate opening: argon welder (Kwara State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Ilorin West, Kwara State. You will be based in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. The role involves: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
