Urgent requirement: tiling assistant (Washington)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Klickitat County, Washington. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. The role involves mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge. You should have: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
